oh what a shame . i'd have thought it was a very MSE thing to do, but i can understand they have rules for reasons... even if were're all nice and honest, it doesnt mean everyone else is i suppose. oh, and the idea for it to be 'up-cycled fabrics' was inspired!! :T

Thanks DizzyTina, that's really lovely of you! though watch out, you could get lots of random people joining, that might not be a problem but you might want to think about security yourself! the idea of people joining from all over might be good or it might worry you, if so, maybe call it the Sewing Room Swap and make it clear it's a swap for people in a group you are part of?

Hi Tete - i dont have a blog but do now have a blogger account. whilst this means i could now have a blog, for now its a page where i can 'follow' my favourite blogger blogs and also means i dont have to repeat all my info each time i want to post, and if i enter giveaways my contact info is avalible. it might be worth a look into?

Your welcome guys i will get onto it tonight and will put a link on here to the page on my blog hopefully by tomorrow:D. Thanks for the thought about security Spiral. I'd hate to disclude anyone who has an interest in fabric/sewing so will probably just let everyone who is willing join in. really glad you have a blogger account i agree it is a good idea even if you don't want to commit to doing a blog its a great way to follow lots of interesting blogs:D x x
