The Great Declutter Part 2

Hi all
Been reading this thread for a while now and finally feel ready to join in. I want to become a childminder but my house is in no state to have other peoples children in!
I have decided to work from the top down so I am in the loft first. My word I had no idea what was up there, so far I have about 5 bin liners for the charity shop, 4 bags of empty boxes for recycling, and some rubbish. It's very true what I have read that once you start you get this amazing amount of energy to carry on, I can't wait to get up there every day and do a bit more.
Look forward to taking this journey with you all.Fashion on a ration 0 of 660 -

Yay my first freecycle attempt has been collected, my old Multi chef mixer that I never use. Hopefully the double pushchair is going tomorrow. The loft is looking a lot clearer, although I am going to fill it again with bags of stuff for the next NCT sale as I can't do this one coming up. I suppose at least it isn't cluttering up my dining room and daughters bedroom!
DH has been told he has to do a charity shop drop off after the kids are in bed as I actually can't get in the dining room at the minute for bags of charity stuff. Need to get it out of the house to feel like I am getting somewhere.Fashion on a ration 0 of 660 -
At last I've found a charity shop with parking outside, rather than tramping for ages! And they have 'Gift Aid' forms for donations, didn't know that it was applicable for goods too, that makes it even more fabulous.
I don't have too much to declutter anymore but there's always something lurking, and now I can take my mothers stuff too!0 -
oh to get to the stage where there is nothing to declutter!!! My husband will have a field day, he has been moaning at me for 8 years, we'll have nothing to talk about lol!!Fashion on a ration 0 of 660

Yesterday got rid of an old broken bicycle wheel as I asked at a nearby demolition site if it could go in their skip. Maybe been in the garden all year. Also, finished reading somebodies book and returned. Clearing blackberry canes too which has uncovered many plant pots and containers to either store/dispose of. Otherwise, thrown away today, a worn cutlery brush and old rags not for reuse.0
