Out: Paper, including bag of shredded paper (recycling), 2 broken storage baskets and various random items of crap (binned), body spray can, shower gel bottle, car shampoo bottle, 4 cardboard boxes, and a few empty lager bottles (all recycled). 3 Ebay packages posted.

Also put up 2 new smoke alarms, which have been in a cupboard for about 3 years, and binned the packaging.

Pending in: Getting a new carpet for our hall, landing, and stairs fitted tomorrow, after having bare floors for 4 and a half years! DP is like a kid waiting for Santa at the moment, lol!

    Hi everyone

It's been a very busy week for me. My Dad came down on Tuesday and has been sleeping on the sofabed, he goes back home tomorrow. It really messes with routine when someone stays for so long (or is that just me?!). I'm way behind on Big Brother. So not much out, but today...

    In
    • Cards and presents for DD who is 8 :bdaycake:
    • Post (mainly for DD :D) (sorted and recycled)
    • Pizza and chilli bread for DD birthday dinner (boxes recycled)
    Out
    • 36 cupcakes (school)
    • Envelopes and wrapping paper (recycled)
    • Shampoo sachet (bin) (need more shampoo but am using up my freebies first)
Tomorrow DD, DS2 and I have left over pizza & chilli bread for packed lunches (very healthy...not). Then on Saturday I have to make a cake for DD's party. She's having a "make-your-own pizza party" with her friends (can you tell she likes pizza?!)

After which I am definitely going on a diet as my leg is very painful from bad circulation and weight gain (I think). I need to lose about 70lbs . I have put on 3 stone since I got married and 5 stone since I met DH. It's really getting beyond a joke now, time to get off my big fat bum and do something.

Sorry for rambling on but needed to write something down so hopefully it will keep me motivated. Off to put something in my signature just incase I forget. Night peeps ;)

    Borrowed a book

    Out

Paper recycling, including stuff from my 'hotspots' - pc desk and small drawer in the kitchen cabinet, can't seem to keep these areas clear!

    Pending Out

Pair of sandals, cheese grater (have no clue why I have two!), two small glass dishes and a mug - will see if any family members are interested in these, otherwise they will go to the charity shop - hoping to get there on Tuesday as will be out tomorrow.

Three demijohns I'm lending to Dad for wine making. Will take round on Sunday probably, along with Father's Day card and pressie.
