I've had a day off work, so have reorganised my bedside table drawers as well as doing some decluttering.

Out

Magazine given to Mum
Five brochures into recycling
Pedometer that reckoned we had walked over 5000 steps after only being out for 30 minutes - it was free, but I would have thought it would be a little better than that!

Another bag of 'stuff' to the charity shop this week & getting used to the buy it/read it/ return it cycle of charity shop book (local library was closed with about 2 minutes notice over the New Year )
I have started making a 'string' quilt with all my fabric scraps http://loftcreations.blogspot.com/2010/01/while-abby-sleeps.html
It's a brilliantly efficient way of using up the scraps, getting the most out of the smallest bits plus it creates a lot of spaceI can cook and sew, make flowers grow.0 -
