OK... I've just signed up for fitbug via my work health insurance, so:

    a. I have three spare pedometers if anyone would like them...
    b. does anyone else want to join fitbug... as if so I'll do a referal...

It's extra motivation for me, as if I do enough, I'll earn points towards things like spa days, reflexology etc on my health insurance plan. So I'll be using this for my health drive...

Hi GB if you still have these i would love one please xx

Sorry this is OT but its snowing AGAIN really heavy, my DH has spent the last three days (when he has a spare half hour) trying to clear our front path and the bits of the driveway we walk on from the car to the back door of snow and now the whole lot is totally covered again so he is gutted, I tried telling him earlier it was a waste of time but he would have just thought I was annoyed because there were things he could have been doing inside, am not worried though, I have plenty food and my BM if I get snowed in lol!!!!

Sorry! All gone... but check out the supermarkets as some of them have them in the post-christmas reductions.

Well I've read soappie's masterpiece, and I have to say I'm very impressed :D I hope she wasn't checking her email every five minutes, as I was downstairs reading for a bit...

Thanks pigpen for putting ironing on the list this week - hope it has helped some of the ladies to get caught up a bit even if they dont complete the challenge.

    thats it for now

I never got anything done in the BR as i decided to pick off the chicken from tonights tea and so i have chicken for sandwiches etc and the carcass is in the slow cooker overnight to make stock - I probably wouldnt have bothered by tomorrow so at least its not wasted now.

I am off to bed now - going to read for a little and think about what needs doing tomorrow in town.

special love and hugs as always to Lady L xx

love and hugs to the rest of you too - its hard to believe its the last day of the year and I for one will be happy to see the back of it.

    sleep well all
    toots xx
    Peace will be mine
