I found this alternative in America - supposed to be free, and does some good videos by them on Youtube like this one which I personally think everyone should do, even if it is just once! I think I will start a page on the Facebook Thread for exercise resources, etc. There are some great things out there, it is just about finding one that works for you.

I have managed to strip and wash our bedsheets, but beyond that I am strike. It is f-f-f-freezing up there.

Well, that's me out - my arm won't get into that position

I have washed up, put a load of stuff in the recycling box and I'm now going to pop to the corner shop as it's actually stopped raining!

Greenbee - can I claim a pedometer please if you've still got one spare? Thanks

Just been having a look at finances - not looking too bad - now if I can just persuade DH not to use his CCs.

ETA - some of these sites might be useful for tracking fitness/workouts. There are lots of free training plans online too... and there are lots of events you can do (maybe we can have some regional flylady teams for race for life and similar things this year!!!)

Bother... contract review has arrived for me to do tomorrow ... better get some work done as I appear to have things to do in the next couple of days!

Thanks for the offer, but I have a pedometer. Strangely, I found it when tidying the bedroom earlier and attached it to my jeans. I will look at the other training plans when I have finished my HHC..must get back..

Thanks hex. I'll have a look at those while trying to avoid doing any work. Hadn't you better go for a run to warm up...

    .

Addresses please! Then they're all gone...
  • Like the title? lol!

I have been thinking about this and have lots of tips (personal to me) that I have found work. So I would be delighted to join in - and would say I like the traffic light system but think the levels 1 2 and 3 like we do cleaning would work better.

I do have issues losing weight as I have medical problems (yes I am actually one of those who really do have medical things! lol) so have to work harder than most of my friends to lose a similar amount of weight.

I personally weigh once a fortnight as I find that eases the pressure of a weekly weigh in.

    Just my thoughts though!

    1 step xx
