Polka - good to have you back in the [STRIKE]coven[/STRIKE] group and congratulations xx

    Lil_m - that's what I call good timing!

Did we ever find out what the third 'D' was or is it too rude for you to share?:rotfl:

No lists done but I've been to the cinema to see Planet 51 - I loved it! I've also walked the dogs and washed their beds again - they stink and as we're having people over tomorrow I thought I'd better try to make things smell better!

I've sent DH to Lidl/Mr T to get stuff for tomorrow night - menu is steak pie, glazed baked ham and pheasant and turkey in wine. He's cooking so it's my job to start cleaning and tidying ...

    HHC 345 to 415 anyone???

OK... I've just signed up for fitbug via my work health insurance, so:

    a. I have three spare pedometers if anyone would like them...
    b. does anyone else want to join fitbug... as if so I'll do a referal...

It's extra motivation for me, as if I do enough, I'll earn points towards things like spa days, reflexology etc on my health insurance plan. So I'll be using this for my health drive...

I am tempted but have no spare cash at present. Maybe after my b'day with my b'day money. Just 3 weeks away but I will probably forget about fitbug.

Mudbath I will join you. getting ready for DB to arrive this evening so spare room to sort out.

It looks ok, but you know how sometime these things look ok, and are quite rubbish in reality ...

    As for the safe key:think:
Its bound to be in a "safe" place:rotfl:like the bottom drawer of the freezer, or taped to the inside of the kettle :D

Do you have a pedometer in the meantime, or would you like one of my spare ones (one claimed... two to go...)

ETA - some of these sites might be useful for tracking fitness/workouts. There are lots of free training plans online too... and there are lots of events you can do (maybe we can have some regional flylady teams for race for life and similar things this year!!!)

Bother... contract review has arrived for me to do tomorrow ... better get some work done as I appear to have things to do in the next couple of days!

Just joined fitbug - I get it at a reduced price via my health insurance, and I get rewarded for uploading my data, meeting my weight loss targets etc, so it should be worth it, even if the pedometer is a bit bulky. I know other people who use it and say it's pretty good.

As for the work - it just involves getting round to writing down the stuff in my head. Or talking to clients/doing contract reviews etc...

And the safe key... I'm pretty sure I didn't take it downstairs, but both of those are good places (I'm not sure about the inside of the kettle - it took me a month to realise I needed to open the safe, so I'm quite likely to have been drinking the tape!)
