Sorry Froddington - but you are missing the most painful bum exercises I have done in the last year.
Greenbee - I can't go for a run because I am very afraid of the dark :o
Gn B - That was the only D word I could think of too
1step - are you on the facebook gorup?

Making Chilli for dinner, just seeing how many minced veg I can fit in for the SSs who 'don't like' veg. :rotfl:

Greenbee, they work very well when I actually do them. After a couple of weeks it even stopped hurting. My favourite is still the Janice Battersby DVD but I have misplaced my (second!) copy.

Greenbee - I can't go for a run unless I take the children sadly. I can't even go when they are in bed becuase I am very afraid of the dark
so did the bum exercises work? could you not do them now to help keep warm? or some other workout which involves you lifting small children for weight training? Or run up and down the stairs putting things away?

Good afternoon  American friend has been and gone. DH, DS and I have tidied the dining room and kitchen :j

    Froddington - BBC News

I may have missed this, but is there a move to have Fitness and Weightloss on this thread  If so, can I politley ask that you join the Old Style Weightloss thread or MSE Exercise and Fitness thread :D

Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: While it’s easy to wander off-topic that often prevents newbies finding the information they want quickly and easily (please see this rule). Please keep this thread on topic.

Apologies if I have the wrong end of the stick - sherry, wine and port have been consumed :o

I found this alternative in America - supposed to be free, and does some good videos by them on Youtube like this one which I personally think everyone should do, even if it is just once! I think I will start a page on the Facebook Thread for exercise resources, etc. There are some great things out there, it is just about finding one that works for you.

I have managed to strip and wash our bedsheets, but beyond that I am strike. It is f-f-f-freezing up there.

    I can't do that exercise:(

I hope you can manage to get warm again soon. Our room is freezing too. I kept running my hands under hot water in our basin to warm them up. Then doing a bit more cleaning.
