I am going to go through my bills now and count up all the calls I have actually made to BT myself. Then you can treble that amount with all calls from BT to me.
41 days ....... an average of 3 calls a day from me, this is only a guess until I get my bills out.. so we are on 120 calls already.
and on my last bill I had only used phone to make about half a dozen calls to other peeps that were billable. I use my mobile most of the time as I get free calls when I am at home. Or to other o2 users,Night Owl Member No 1 :rotfl: :rotfl:

Update,
I am now migrating to Sky, Have had enough with BT to last me a lifetime.
Now I await my final bill.
I do have a bill for 131.00, but seeing as the bill is made up of payment in advance for the next quarter then that SHOULD come down. So that will be the next battle I have with them.
I will wait until final bill arrives then I will take it to a solicitor for advice. But for now I need to fire a letter off to complaints dept, contract cancellations dept, and to CEO of BT. I deserve a bloody big bunch of flowers and a letter of aplology from them but I doubt I will get them. But I am going for compensation for time and loss of service etc etc etc.
I would be interested to know if anyone has had any feedback from BT reps and if they have actually helped in anyway getting problems sorted. I for one will certainly not be sending anymore emails with links to my threads and giving out account number for things like this to anymore Reps. Anyone now at BT can identify me and see all my other threads if they so wish. So remember peeps, giving out your information removes your anonymity. A thought I only came up with last night.Night Owl Member No 1 :rotfl: :rotfl:

An email or letter of acknowledgement would have been appropriate. I sent email on the 29th of january. Maybe I am expecting too much. But having said that now I am migrating I doubt I will be hearing anything apart from letters about my bill. And they do come very quickly. Surprise surprise. Make sure you follow their compalints procedure and also read their Code of Practice. You can then go to Alternative Dispute Resolution before going legal
