Will all be down by the 12th night but will be taking things down before this, as its a lot to take down in just one day. The house will look bare which i don't like, but i do have some fairy lights up in my bedroom all year round as i like them.

Am just wanting to get the house back to some kinda normality and get started on spring cleaning at the moment. Wanted to get a start on doing things for next Christmas or birthdays, Easter, valentines etc, but at the moment eps, where Xmas is concerned i just cant seem to find the motivation to want to do it, think i need a good month to get over Christmas before thinking about starting to plan the next one.

  • Ours have been up since beginning of Dec and will come down tomorrow. Gives us time for a good clean before going back to work.

I will be taking mine down later on today, as much as I love the decorations up it will be nice to get the house back to normal!
  • We're taking ours down tomorrow. There's too much to do today, and tomorrow will be a nice start to the new year, feeling all tidy and organised. :)

Im taking mine down on 5 Jan. My dad and stepmum come over on 3 jan for a family party so will be nice for them to still be up for that. Both kids back at nursery and school from tuesday so house to myself to tidy in peace.
