When will you be taking down your decorations?

Twelfth Night here too. Mind, I only put the tree up on the 21st December.

My tree is still up, but i have started putting other bits away, thinking i will take the tree down one day this week as I'm dying to get back to normallity, love christmas but had enough now lol;)

2nd or 3rd of Jan here. Can't bear the thought of the kids being back at school and the tree still being up.

My tree and decorations all come down on the 1st January (hangover permitting!). If I had my way I would take them down now but hubby and kids like them up.

Father Christmas brings our tree along with the presents once the children are in bed on Chritmas Eve. It then comes down on Twelfth Night.

I can just cope with twelve days of Christmas and couldn't bear having the tree up before 24th December. Luckily I married a man who had similar ideas that I could "mould" into my Austrian traditions!:D

took my tree down and decs this morning! We have a small living area and it was getting on my nerves it was up just over a week! LOL

Hopefully next year we will be in abigger place and then would leave up much longer!

Normally the w/end in between Xmas and NY, so this year will have to be 1st-2nd Jan. No bin men/recycling men tilll 5th so bit pointless throwing cards away yet they might as well stay on wall. I need hubby at home cos this year the decs ARE going straight up the attic, not cluttering our bedroom/landing for [STRIKE]weeks[/STRIKE] days till he gets round to it- can't go up myself, without another adult present as I have an ear problem which affects my balance.
