hi hayley, i made up my own photo book - that way i can change the pictures, got the photos free off one of the sites, think it was photobox. watch out doing it for friends as a lot still think they can get "mates rates" once you have your business up and running, make sure they realise its a favour and a friend of a friend would not get these preferencial rates, have found that to my cost!skintbint x

Thanks, does make sense to do my own actually.
I'm telling people that i'm only charging cost at the moment as i'm learning and not set up as a business yet. I'll have to be tough and make sure I charge everybody properly. Think happy & you'll be happy

Are you liverpool too? he was really nice, just sat down, asked me what i was going to do so i told him. he asked if i had ever worked with food before, told him ive worked in restaurants for the last 7 years and i have food hygeine etc. he just told me that its low risk as far as they are concerned so he will be able to sign it off and they wont need to come out again. hes sending me some health and safety pack in the post to read through as well. and that was it, done in 15 mins! he said that the only people that they might ever turn down is say if people have alot of pets because of the hair etc. well happy!0

I'm sure you're good enough, have faith in yourself(says the girl who thinks everything she makes is rubbish! :rotfl:)
I think i'd weigh up the costs of hiring the stall plus the ingredients etc. and then see how many orders you'd need to get that back.
Good luck if you do decide to go for it, show us some piccies:heart: Think happy & you'll be happy
