OMG:eek: don't get too excited, not sure it's that good:o;)

Yes I found the tutorial was great and really easy to follow. I didn't follow it to the letter as I didn't have exactly the same colours etc and used what I had. That's a good thing though as you can adapt them really easily.

Does anyone have any tips on how to reduce or completely obliterate those pesky little pieces of lint that are in the air and get on your sugarpaste when you are rolling it out ?
We have an extractor fan running, clean and dry the stainless steel surface with lint free material. I wear bakers whites, but still there is evidence of lint in the sugarpaste on close inspection, which I have to carefully pick out with a needle

Is "lint" the right word ...... I am sure you know what I mean .... those little hair like particles that float around the room that look terrible when the sun is beating down into the room

Guys I wonder if you can help.
I have my food safety inspection tomorrow and wondered if anyone had any tips as to what I should/shouldnt have.

Should I be keeping fridge temperatures?

Well I finally finished the cake with the baby topper on it:D The cake didn't exactly turn out exactly as I planned (alot of improvisation;)) I hope they like it.
