Help to rehome our dog

We inherited our dog from a family member who was too ill to care for her. We both work inexcess of 12 hour days - my OH leaves early and I come home late but between us, the dog walker and family and friends our dog is well cared for and loved something which seems to be extremely lacking in your situation. We would not have it any other way because for over 8 years she has been a part of our family and she is loved just like anyone else.

Why on earth did you buy the dog in the first place? would you do that to a child or a relative - well the obvious answer is yes!!!!!!

I hope your children (if they are unfortunate enough to have parents such as you) put you in a really bad home when you can't care for yourselves.

People like you make my blood boil and epitomises what is wrong with this throw away disposable country!

i was asking for help re homing our dog so can we stay to the point

I never said you treated the dog badly did I? I'm sure you've looked after him very well for the short time you've had him. I simply hope that this time he'll be rehomed with someone who won't throw him away when the going gets a bit tough. Call me silly if you like, I can think of far worse names to call you.

so u thinks its ok for a dog to be own its own for 11hrs a day 6 days a week

I didn't say that either did I? You need to calm yourself down and start thinking rationally. There are other options that you could consider before giving the dog up. That's what people were trying to help you with but it appears you weren't interested.

thats right hence the thread name i would rather he had someone to be there with him for some part of the day as we can not offer this now just thinking of the dog
