They are i know but i find that some many of the other fall apart. I did get a discount as i have the body shop discount card.

I get mine in Semi Chem, 160 for 99p and they are absolutely fab. HTH for the next time.

(I know, the BS stuff is prob better, I have a weakness for their stuff but have been sooo strict with myself since discovering MSE that I can't justify buying it!). :o

Hello all, I'm having a bit of a wobble today. For some reason I'm feeling a desperate urge to buy some Body Shop Cherry lipbalm (another of my obsessions, I already have about 40 various lipbalms....) and a hand cream I just read about in an old magazine.

I've got to go into town in half an hour and I'm not sure I will be able to stop myself. :undecided

Of course you can do it. If you resist now just think how easy it will be in the future. If you dont resist now it will be harder. That one thing you are saving for- will be so much closer to you if you resist today.

If you have 40 lip balms you definitely don't need another. :D
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

Was reading through this thread and a tip came to me - if you are near a Watt Brothers (although they may sell them elsewhere) you might want to get an 'everlast razor' - apparently some special material on the blade that never gets blunt - I've used it a good few times and it's still good to go.

Cost £4.99 - comes in a mens grey colour and pink for girls :D

Bought is to buy. Brought is to bring.

I am so going to apply this to eating as I need to stop giving into temptation and start resisting! Thank you lynzpower.

Just finished reading an old copy of Dare - the free magazine from Superdrug - and there was a piece about Spa Paradisa coconut and frangipani hand and nail cream. I am a sucker for coconut smellies too. :rotfl:

Personally, I think there are some staple things you can buy (cheaply of course) to make using old and cheap products feel more special. Like:

    Moisture Gloves
    Moisture Socks
Applicator Mitts for tan and normal moisturising
    A towelling headband (spa style)
Some spa style slippers (mine were free from the last hotel we stayed in)
Nice cotton pads (my favs are from B&M 99p- soft and HUGE)
A good set of make up brushes

    ... a nice fluffy towel

Last week I finished a M&S coconut body butter. Smells gorgeous and much cheaper than Body Shop. Best to buy when it's half price. So far have resisted the 3 for 2 body butters in the M&S sale.:j:j:j
