    Hi tara
I blame the OH as he bought lots of body lotion from the pound shop as he was not using Vaseline for a while. He could now not make his mind up so i now have 3/4 to use up. As he has gone back to Vaseline

Well - the S&G hat boxes weren't in Boots as hubby said so he bought me the Gok Box. I decided it doesn't count because I have had one in my Boots.com shopping basket for 2 weeks without buying it!

I love the smell of nail varnish! But it does stink out a room.

I thought of another reason to justify the bubble bath purchase! I only have enough left for I reckon 3 baths. It's the S&G Calm One, Calm All: WIBA: No don't think so as I have to use loads to get a decent amount of bubbles so not very moneysaving, as lovely as it smells!

Am going to have a bath in a mo to use up more stuff - I've never been so clean! :D

  • Oh dear - all you poor folk who get a nasty reaction from Sanctuary stuff. So glad it doesn't affect me like that as I absolutely love it!

Just washed my hair with some "Naked: Shine unveiled" shampoo - 2 lathers as usual as it makes practically no bubbles. I bought it (along with several of their other products) a while back when my skin was going through a really sensitive stage - I have a mild intolerance to Sodium Laureth Sulphate which is of course in practically ALL bath/shower/shampoo type products so I bought those with the idea that I could use them when my skin is feeling more touchy, and use nicer stuff the rest of the time. Problem is I like to feel a shampoo is working - and because the Naked stuff hardly lathers it just doesn't feel as though it is. WIBA? - Hmm.....well possibly but only if I really needed to lay off the SLS again for a while. Same goes with the rest of the products in the range with the possible exception of the deep conditioning hair treatment which was really nice and effective.

Is it just me that is totally taken aback at the complete hysteria on the Grabbit board over the Boots sale? Absolutely unbelievable - people acting as though their lives are going to end if the sale doesn't start tomorrow, others taking the day off work specially, and others talking about borrowing supermarket trolleys so they can carry everything they want to buy?! Scary stuff!:eek:

  • Hello all,

can someone sensible please talk me out of buying all the lift and luminate products that are due out on the 27th Jan in Boots. I managed to get hold of the day cream with spf15 and it leaves such a lovely glow on your face and it really is the best moisturiser I have used.Better than p+p and I have still got all that range x2 to use up.( You know the £60 gift set before Christmas)

Also I bought a really lovely revlon radiance eyeshadow in peach light from Savers for a £ the other day and it is the best formula I have used and now I want to go back and buy all the colours.
    Help please :o:o:o
