you asked me about my bargain Dr Sebagh products a few pages back. I love how this thread grows like Topsy.
Well for £5 each I bought
pure vitamin c powder cream ( I think this was the one the had £110 marked on it. I mean what mug would pay that? And that's coming from a right mug)
serum repair ( £67 in Space nk can you believe it?)
natural hormone effect (£62)
Essential glow (£57)
For your eyes only
an spf30 facial cream
some sort of spot cream that my teenage son found really effective. He has asked me to replace it but its about £30. I told him he will have to wait until I see it for a fiver again

Really fun at our local boots. I arrived at gone nine on the off chance of the sale starting today. A huge crowd of ladies with huge pull along shopping trolleys, they seemed confused. No signs were displayed other than the 50% off. I said it is obviously not today. A lady starting filling baskets in the hope of a mistake. I said I would check with the till operator. No definately only 50%. I thought oh well and left about half an hour later I walked past the store again and the same group of ladies were waiting outside the doors of the store. Apparently they had caused such trouble in the store complaining that someone who worked there had told them it was to start today. That they were all asked to leave the premises!!! Can you get barred from Boots? Seems like a bit of a worthless argument to me.
Although it doesnt surprise me last year the police were called because of the behavior of some customers. They had to barricade staff and stock for protection!!!
Oh dear! Poor them! Did nobody tell them about this thread?!!
OMG, I agree with IAP, that is shocking behaviour!!!!!

Couldn't remember if I'd actually posted on here yesterday, so I've just had to go back and check! :rotfl:
I know that makes me sound slightly (ok, very) loopy, but I wrote a post, and then got rather distracted by ds roaring and thundering down the stairs. I actually thought he'd fallen down them, so just threw my laptop down and rushed out to see him disappearing out the front door.
Horrible little toerags from the local school had put yet another snowball through his bedroom window (we're waiting to get it repaired today) and he'd gone out so he could identify them.
Just been on the phone to school, who were great. We'll see though.
Anyway, had to buy some deodorants yesterday as we're coming up to runing out time and Sure are 2 for 1, so bought four.
Finished a shower gel - hurrah - so now on next Original Source one.
Need a Break - chicken was lovely, just roasted with veg and gravy. Yum. Leftovers are going in soup with dumplings tonight.0 -

Enjoying using the Green People Aloe shower gel. 3 more to go.:j:rotfl:Usually buy Green People stuff when it's reduced or half price. Their stuff is lovely and loads of bubbles. This month they have reduced the price of their Nourishing shower gel.:eek:. So far I've resisted. Must remember I can be strong.
Not sure why I buy so many shower gels. Maybe thought there might be a world shower gel shortage.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.I went away and now I'm back.:j:j0 -
That's just ridiculous. Don't get me wrong, I like a bargain as much as the next person, but to actually behave in such a manner as to get oneself barred is ludicrous (not to mention counter-productive). Loosing one's dignity for the sake of a £5 saving or so just beggars belief. Get lives, you sad wenches!
OMG this is quite possibly the saddest thing I ever heard (the women in Boots not you Pickle!)
Seriously some people really know how to embarrass themselves don't they!0 -
