            :j I have made a start 10 items listed on Ebay :j
Finished a body lotion today, have another opened one which I will finish before I open a new one from "THE STASH" baby steps . .
I have also tidied my make up today and I do not have a stockpile of mascara so will probably have to buy one in a couple of months. 0 so will probably have to buy one in a couple of months. 0

You're a Bootser! I can tell from your stash!
Not for about 10 years
I use the shower gels (just obviously not as quickly as I'm buying them - I'm a sucker for Molton Brown ), but rarely (like 4 times a year ), but rarely (like 4 times a year ) moisturise my body. I do face and feet, and occasionally elbows but the rest just doesn't need it. So why do I have so much flipping body butter/moisturiser??? ) moisturise my body. Just found 4 giant bottles of shampoo and 4 bottles of matching conditioner (bought before they discontinued them) and 6 packets of Johnson's baby wipes. (I don't have a baby, I just use them a lot )

            Hello all,
I am feeling a little depressed. My stash of products seems to be more than everyones added together. I am not boasting, just trying to be honest with myself. I certainly don't want to drag down the lovely lighthearted tone of this thread. But I think I have to face up to the fact that I have bought all these lotions and potions and make up and hair stuff in a vain attempt to try and keep young. All I've ended up doing is nearly bankrupting myself. I still look nearly 45. (But my hair and skin are nice and soft!)
Also I find it really hard to resist the temptation of products like stila and aromatherapy associates. When these were only available at spacenk i would look but never buy because of the prohibitive prices. Now this sort of thing is available on Brandalley for a fraction of the price I don't seem to be able to control myself and end up ordering the whole range.
 I need serious help..........................0

I don't buy much makeup in comparison to my friends but somehow I do seem to have a lot!!
 Mostly:
2True mascaras (I love it and it is 3 for £5)
 Freebie foundation samples
 Lipsticks and eyeshadows
I only ever buy stuff on offer or in the sales so I don't spend that much!!
You are so right about the mascaras Tara. I think it was your tip on the cheap cosmetic thread that put me onto them when they were 3 for 2.
I have the blue, black and aubergine. Obviously all bought before I signed up for this challenge0

            Sell! Sell! Sell!
it's just occurred to me Bronnie that I can't sell because I have opened and used everything. I never finish anything off before going onto the next wonder product. Anyway that's the past. I was at the m + s sale earlier on and I resisted all their 50pct off toiletries so I am giving myself a pat on the back for that.0

For those of you (like me) with things opened and used once and needing to lear space nd get stuff used, can you give to friends/sisters/relatives? Personally, I'd be grateful for things I use/like that were cast offs from friends and sisters...I have donated stuff I don't like in the past. DH uses the last bit of ny anti aging cream/moistuisers and ones that it turns out don't suit my skin, it saves him buying them. (disgustingly they seem to work better on him too!)
Re body moisturising, I do, and in fact, I did by some stuff last night in the supermarket. I'm losing weight ATM and the horror stories of loose skin terrify me, so I'm mpisturising twice a day with a variety of stuff. I use a tub of body butter in about 10 days, and bottles of body lotion within a few weeks, and have a few on the go for variety (and scents, different things going with different perfumes.) I have four scents on the go, but I use it daily (it was three but got a bottle from someone for Christmas. I also have a bottle of my most used perfume in preparation: DH goes through duty free regularly!).
I have nailvarnish, a small trunk full, mostly bought in teens and early twenties, in storage....but rarely do they go hard I find....so don't worry too much, although will be sorting through: its unlikely I'll wear brown again now, for example.
Bulk buying I also do,fr things I know I'll use though, so frizzease makes it, but a new hair product would be a one bottle purchase...are the rest of you bulk buying stuff you haven't tried and loved??0
