Thanks for the link - I do like that! Last time I bought safety pins they cost a small fortune, where would I get them cheap?

I bought lots in Poundland recently (in a set with needles and pins, but lots of each). I'm not sure if they'd be big enough though.

Another quick question - is it necessary to buy memory wire cutters to use with memory wire, or will anything else do the job?
some people grin and bear it, others smile and do it :)

Musty have a forage around the house............sure I must have some about but if I find them I bet they're all different sizes..............lol

Hi Mary and Kandi (back from work now) I picked up packs of safety pins in cheapy shops (poundstretcher, home bargains etc) I did get a pack reduced to 25p in the Co-Op :rotfl:just keep your eye out in unusual places when shopping :D

I have been buying a pack or 2 each time Im near a bargain place that sells all sorts and they soon build up :D

Strong wire cutters will do it, but make sure you dont use your jewellery cutters/pliers as it will kill them. If hubby has some wire cutters in the shed, use them!

Totally agree with Jo_F ~ I used my normal cutters on memory wire and I ruined them, I have just bought another pair or normal cutters and I'm using the old ones for memory wire only. Its so strong that it actually dents the normal cutters!

Mary op you make me chuckle, I know we`re on a few threads together and some of your ideas amaze me, how do you think of it all?

I posted some things on my blog , made a bracelet and earring set for DD and a necklace for me, I think they be ok, she loved them anyhow, my visitors have gone today and have an oredr from them for a bracelet, I `m not cofident about making something for someone else and how on earth do you charge for something like that.....worry worry

Have a great weekend all, see you soon xx

Love the jewellelry.............:T (ooops -think I spelt that wrong........!)

Not done anything today apart from 2 scrapbook pages.........GP's this morning about my ears........seems I've got an ear infection so now I have to mess about 3 times a day with antibiotic spray as well as tablets........and the list of possible side effects...........well............doesn't bear thinking about.............lol
So, soon as I can its on with the 'safety pin' hunt and see what I can do with that.
I must make something soon otherwise Christmas will have been and gone and I'll be just where I am now;)
