How much would that cost to make?

Blimey wouldn`t have a clue how much - its my hobby so I think I can justify all my bead buying tho :o

Wow Jo, I thought I had lots of beads lol.

Thanks for the pm back yesterday Princess poppy, tried to say thanks but your inbox was full.

I made a gorgeous necklace with satin and organza ribbon yesterday, just need to order some crimp ends to finish it off and then I'll post a pic.

I'm thinking of being brave in April and going for it with a website or something, I'll see how much stock I can make before then, but def waiting till the next tax year.

poppy where do you get the bits from? I've been scouring the thread and I have 500 places to get beads from but I'm a bit stuffed on the chains and bits :) I LOVE your designs and I'd love to make some for wearing to work :)
Alternatively how much bribery do you need to make a set? ;)

Sanctuary Beads on Ebay is good for findings, and so is The Bead Shed (based in Carlisle)

This is a set that I made as a secret santa present (I am in sooo much trouble if the recipient comes on here!)

All 6 and 8 mm gold glass pearls, and 6mm gold coloured crystal beads, and all with wrapped loops (just short of 200 pins used)

Thank you, and the total cost was £10.61 according to my stock control bead software thingy, but that doesn't include the chain, I only have the beads, spacers, clasps, pins etc listed in it, I never take into account the chain, wire or thread.

    That's not bad :)

I really want to make something like that with amber colours. I have a very plain amber string necklace that I inherited from my nan. The style is... well there isn't one :) And I'd love to actually wear them so wanted to make time into something I'd actually wear! :) That type style looks like it might be pretty close :)

Each bead is on a seperate pin, and then each link on the chain has 1 pin with a 8mm bead or 2 pins with the 6mm beads, alternating, if that makes sense?
