nic - Thats a great idea, im in!

Didnt make anything last night but had a delivery of chain and beads today so i might have a go with those tonight. The OH is going to his parents for the weekend to bring back his dreaded cat (dont ask she hates me and he loves her and doesnt believe that she scratches me while i sleep, sounds like a bad rom-com doesnt it), and the little one is at her dads for the weekend so its just me and my beads

You made me lol! I have a cat that hates me too, she will wait until Dh gets up to ask for food, she just wont ask me ~ moody thing! She does not scratch me but she gives me dirty looks when no one else is looking, I think she is an evil genius in disguise

Haha, Seriously though if he goes to give me a hug or a kiss or anything she jumps on my lap and digs her claws in, they know what they are doing these cats! There is no way he is moving in and bringing that thing with him!

Today I plan to start sorting my jewellery stash out as its getting a bit of a mess & I have to still find somewhere to fit the beads I bought last week in The lady that bough the Pearl jewellery set off of me has said she will put a poster up at work & give her mum one too...yeah So at the mo I'm trying to put a simple but attractive little poster together with my info on & make some business cards up for her, fingers crossed this may bring some more orders x Hope you all have a lovely day...is this rain every going to stop? I think we had our summer last week! lol x

The card making thread have one every week I think, i love seeing all the different things they come up with and gives everyone ideas.

I think that's a great idea, I'll be in on that. My making mojo has taken a back seat over the last few weeks.

Great glad your all up for a challenge. Shall we keep it pretty simple for the first one? I was thinking a mem wire bracelet. Will we make it 2 weeks or a week and a half? I know some people are waiting for starter kits etc.

Anyone any suggetions for a theme? I was thinking nautical or love as red,White and blue is quite trendy at moment. But I'm happy to go with something different.

It could contain as many different beads/materials/charms etc as you like.

Any other thoughts? I thought Friday would be a good day to start as we would have more time over the weekend.

All are free to join in regardless if it's your first make. It would be good to see all the different takes on the same theme.

Ooohh I like this idea it might just tempt me back from sewing... for themes how about something quite general like ~Summer~ or ~Love~, just thinking that some people might not have many beads in certain colours if they are just starting out and you can interpret those vague titles to suit.
