    Hi everybody. As I predicted, all good intentions have been abandoned over the Christmas period and my clothes are frighteningly snug :naughty: We were given quite a lot of biscuits and chocs as presents, and my willpower is useless once the packets are opened.

    I'm not looking forward to getting on the scales on Saturday, but I'm getting back on track as of then, in fact probably Friday so will post my starting weight in a few days time.

    Hi can I please join in? I could do with losing 7lbs a month. That's 6 stones in a year!!! I plan on making use of the Wiifit and the Yoga DVD Santa gave me to get me there.

    i have just used up a load of veg i had to use and made a pot of lentil soup, i love the smell of it and will do lunch for the 3 of us tomorrow

    Weight Watchers starting weight 12.6
    Target weight 10st current weight - -10 st 7lb
    Aim to be debt free by Jan 2013! not now just bought a house:D

    Hi all

    Would it be possible to join in too. I need to lose 4-5 stone this year which seems like a huge task hoping with a little support along the way it may not seem quite so daunting:o

    there is lots of great support on this site. i actually feel guilty now if i eat something i shouldnt lol

    Evening all, well as suspected the scales confirmed at weigh in this morning that I had a really good christmas and I gained 3lbs along with the 4lb last week so half a stone in 2 weeks :eek: Just shows how quickly it goes on!

    Anyways back on food optimising so hoping for a good loss next week xxx
