Well.......I was a good girl today, the only thing I bought was was the new Stephen King book, down to £10 in Asda.
To be honest there wasn't much left in the shops and the queue in River Island had to be seen to be believed.!
I've updated my signature today to show how many pounds I'd like to lose in 2010.
I'm determined to fit into all my clothes that don't fit by next summer............so feel free to join me anyone...........the more the merrier!

good news on the low spends! I need to lose a similar amount of weight and will be starting on 2 Jan (going out for mum's 60th on 1 Jan). I have slimming recipes coming out of my ears, what sort of food do you like and I will send you some? I stick to Slimming World as you can eat loads of food and lose weight - I did get to goal with them before and swear by them. x0

Had a good day today so far. Haven't spent anything at all!
We had lunch at my parents house and DS2 is now making brocolli (not sure about that spelling) and stilton soup out of leftovers for later on.
Its snowing pretty heavily here at the moment......DS2 has one eye on the soup and one eye on the weather...........he's already had one driving test postponed this year due to bad weather. Tomorrow will be his second attempt. I really hope he's successful this time....... its costing me a fortune!
Have also listed six more things on ebay. I now have 29 items listed. So far loads of watchers but no sales! I have a pair of D&G sunglasses that I need to list but the last time I tried, ebay wouldn't let me sell them. I know they're genuine.....I bought them from the NEXT catalogue! Its very frustrating!
Just had a look at the slimming world website.........(I'm in two minds about joining.that money could go towards my bills). The closest meeting is 30 minutes drive from here....we really do live out in the middle of nowhere!Total debt at LBM £26k+Total debt now £16,494.40Tesco CC 11/2/11 Total - £1,387.20 - Now £00 -
Hi there, soup sounds yummy. Hope weather improves so test is not cancelled. Know the feeling about the cost although DS1 has had to pay for his own for the last couple of months. They are a small fortune now aren't they!
I think you can do Slimming World online. It depends on how disciplined you are though, the thought of being weighed in by somebody else is enough to leave my quaking in my shoes! If you are ok doing it on your own its worth checking out if you can do it online. You really can eat tonnes of food with SW, I usually do green days which is unlimited pasta, rice, potatoes, fruit, cottage cheese, baked beans and lots of other free stuff, meat, cereal and bread has to be measured. You also get ten sins a day to be used on goodies which you can bank for weekends or a night out. Red days are more for bit meat eaters where meat is free and pasta, rice, potatoes etc have to be weighed. If you like your grub though you cannot go wrong with Slimming World. Let me know if you want any recipes.
Waiting for a lady to call me back about adopting the staffie, going to take him for a night to see if he gets on with my other dog.
We had heavy snow last night but its all been washed away today. What part of the country are you in?0 -
