  • Good morning everyone!

Can anyone tell me if there's an Ebay challenge for 2010. I can see some people mentioning it in their diaries, but can't find it to join.

I can't believe I've actually got to go shopping again...............we've run out of bread! I was hoping to keep away from the shops for at least a week!

  • Hi There

Well done for not giving up and starting your diary again. I'm 30 and am grateful for people on this forum (have been lurking for about a year now) who have given me the courage to come out and start tackling my debt. Good luck!

  • Three more things listed on ebay this afternoon...........got a few watchers, but no buyers yet!

Feeling quite tired tonight........DS1 went out last night and didn't get in until 3.30am . It doesn't matter how old they are......I still can't get to sleep until everyone's home!

I wonder if that ever changes?

  • well done for listing on Ebay, you are putting me to shame. I bought DS1 the new PSP Go for Christmas and two PSP games and guess what, you don't buy games for this console, you pay and download them! Unfortunately he had unwrapped the games so they can't go back, need to get them on Ebay. There is an Ebay challenge, if you look on my diary the lady who organises it has posted about it. Its definitely worth a go.
  • Hi spendtoomuch.....I wouldn't have known that about the PSP either.

Haven't been to the sales yet. DS2 wants to buy a new PS3.....his is broken, but outside the warranty - hopefully I can sell it on ebay as spares for him, at least he'll get some of his money back. We may hit the shops on Thursday............after DS2 has his driving test (second go!!). You never know he might be able to drive us for a change. Thanks for the info about the ebay challenge.

  • try ringing Sony. We did it with my son's Playstation and they charged £40 to fix it and got it picked up and sent back by Courier, they are really good. His was not in warranty but they were so helpful. My other son's Xbox went too and that was out of warranty but apparently its a commom fault so the manufacturer fixed that free too. Its always worth a go. Good luck for your son's driving test tomorrow. My eldest is having lessons but is struggling with reversing.
