You can only frame and gift so many pieces lol

The last medium project I did was for my daughter's [STRIKE]birthday[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]christmas[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]birthday[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]christmas[/STRIKE] definitely birthday (ready for this year) and I made it into a cushion rather than frame it as she has a large framed cross stitch already.

Also thanks to pamperedprincess I now have the little kokeshi doll kit which in turn has forced me to pick up the christening stitchery again :j:j

I made the mistake of venturing into a different part of MSE yesterday, posting about a dog that was killed at pets at home in the pets board and got my words mised up, instead of writing baked I wrote burnt and someone on there took it up and started talking to me like I am 3. Am now sitting here in tears and cant stop crying. Does it really matter so much that I got the words mixed up, either way the dog is still dead which made me feel bad enough and now I feel terrible for posting to stop it happening to anyone else. Just days ago my mum showed me a article about people feeling like they were picked on on forums and I said never on MSE. I was wrong. Again apparently.

Just ignore the ninnys* (*insert more appropriate words here if desired, but i think those words arnt allowed on mse hence why i havent typed one). I know thats easy for me to say and harder to do, especially when feeling low in general. But seriously some people shouln't be allowed to use the internet, regarding how they treat others, thinking its ok just because they're behind a screen and behind a fake name. I'm forever spelling things wrong and using the wrong words (im dyspraxic) so god know's what they'd think of me. But i dont honestly care.

Ive had a time in the past when i thought i was friends with people (on the internet, a forum for tv shows) and they totally turned and were utterly horrible. I sat that night reading their posts with tears rolling down my face, so i really do get how cutting things can be when you totally not feeling your self. But now i look back at it and think, why the hell was i so upset, he's an idiot yea but there was no need to cry over them.

Also i see someone appeared on this thread, who was not previously part of this thread's community, and had nothing to say about cross-stitch. If your not interested in cross-stitch then go away. Bubbles you shouldnt feel like there keeping you off the thread, if they keep coming here i'm sure we will all tell them where to go. Remember Bubbles you are a respected member of this thread, and we all love hearing from you.

On the stitching front i still havent touched the thing in nearly a week- having too much fun crocheting.

Bubbles big hug to you. Those kind of people shouldn't be allowed on here - they are low life bullies and should be treated with the contempt they deserve. Just for interest - does anyone know if there is any way of blocking any username from the thread?
Bubbles - you contribute so much to this thread, please let us know how you are.

I don't know yet if I'll join the challenge, i've completed 1 1/2 pages of my new project only 30 1/2 plus part pages to do:eek::eek: When I've completed this page it will give me an idea of how long each will take on weeks when I'm working, so far 1 week and 4 days for half a page.
Got loads of other stuff to do now so must go - hopefully get an hours stitching in later.
    Jude xx

Bubbles - don't hide away - we are here. How dare someone barge in - feel so angry about it.

I totally agree. To follow someone onto another thread just to carry on an argument is mean

Yeah, please let us know that you are ok bubbles. And don't give the bully the satisfaction of thinking you are upset, you are far better than them.

I'm doing quite well on the 2nd vest thanks to an amazingly co-operative sleepy daughter, but it occurred to me that I have to put the pics on facebook in order to show them on here so I'm afraid you guys will have to wait until they are both finished before I show you all my hard work. But I promise they'll be worth the wait... I'm very proud of myself so far.
