I've been really tempted by a couple of the HAED stockings but I'm currently working on a Santa design and I don't want to move straight onto another christmassy one. Has anyone done a stocking design? How big are they (in stitches preferably as the size will vary with the fabric choice)?

If you have a look at the designs, if you start with one that is listed as 'QS' which means it's a quick stitch...basically you have the main part of a design instead of the wider background. It's smaller than the full size version so easier to complete.

Hi everyone sorry I've not been on for a while, well I started my design yesterday I haven't done much yet though, I'll post s pic in the next week or so and you can see how it's going (or not going!)

ill ditto what louise said about the magazines, I've sent off the subscription to the cross stitcher mag with my clubcard vouchers

Bubbles those frames look really lovely and it was really nice of your dad to sort out that design for you.

mummipig I too would love a dragon one or a castle one if at all possible please

I'll have a proper look through the last few pages too and add more comments I'm sure there are probably a few pics of peoples work :) xxx
