Can I ask if this stuff is any good? I've heard alot about Lush, but never tried it. I should be staying away as I'm trying to do the no more toiletries challenge, but always good to see whats out there, and what stuff is nice.
I love certain products, but they are horribly expensive. Some products I hate, and some I have no use for.
It's horses for courses really.
My advice to you is to go in and politely ask for some samples, each store and even each SA is different so if they say no don't be offended; perhaps try a different store or go in when there's a different rota of staff on. This way you've not wasted money if you don't like it, and the toiletries challenge is not to buy any more so you're good on that too0 -

There were only 3 grab bags left and I could kind of see what was in them but not really, one looked fuller than the other so I picked them both up and one was considerably heavier, so I picked the other one up and that was lighter too. Needless to say I got the heavier one. Hate to think what was (or rather wasn't) in those two left.
my stepmum was gonna take me there tomorrow lol thankfully i dont need anything so wont be disapointed
going back i think would be greedy anyway for meDebt free

Sorry to hear you weren't happy with your freebies, but I think it can depend very much onthe stock the store has available and if it's already been wiped clean by us MSE'ers :rotfl:
I do use the bits that I got for free and they were free afterall, just feel a bit miffed that my store isn't as generous as some of the others! Last year my ex-DH managed to pick up a £35 giftset but then that was closer to when the sale started. Hopefully they'll do some decent grab bag later in January....0 -

I went to the Leeds store today and they have got loads of boxes left. Also a few bags behind the till (which they said were all the same).
In my bag I got a big bottle of snow fairy, a small snow fairy gift box, a small 'you shall go to the ball' box, snow fairy solid perfume and 2 bubble bars
There were quite few of the big xmas box sets but they weren't included
Oh yum, snow faerie bonanza. I love snow faeriePink, sweet and sparkly.

Have to admit to being a Lush virgin! :shhh: I've never bought anything from the shop before.... just walked past it. But just been reading posts about goodie bags.
Do you have to spend over a certain amount before you are allowed a goodie bag? Or can you just buy a goodie bag? If so what is the cost of the bag please??
Thanks0 -

Hi, spend £20 instore on general stuff which qualifies you to a grab goodie bag :j0 -
You have to spend £20 to get the free goodie bag
How much the goodies are worth depends on how generous (or otherwise) your local store is. I'd think it would be good if you want to try a variety of products though.

My free goodie bag was really good. Usually at christmas my local store lets you pick something from 2009 free, from a selection . I got a really expensive moisturiser last year.0

yes
this is partly why i chose a small giftbox one time over other the other freebies left - it was small, but it had stuff i'd actually use, and the 10% off voucher will definitely come in handy later in the year!Comping since August 2022
