  • i know someone asked yesterday about this - i went in today and southampton still have giftboxes and grab bags left.

i forgot to get conditioner yesterday so went in today and picked up american cream conditioner and jungle solid conditioner along with some more bubble bars because i LOVE the one i bought yesterday! got myself a grab bag which wasn't as great as yesterday's, but had: £7 chunk of snowcake, 2x satsuma santa, 2x jingle spells, 1x cinders, 1 x so white bath bombs. :) i think i officially have enough lush to last me for the year! i am loving this sale. :D

Its a shame they aren't doing the grab bags online like they did a couple of years ago, they were great value. The online bonus will probably be a lot of xmas soap and I dont use the soaps so not sure i'll take advantage of the offer.

I did order quite a bit of (retro) stuff online so qualified for the £10 of free stuff. Very curious to see what it's going to be. In my order I already have 2 soaps and those will last me forever, so if the free stuff is indeed soap, I'll just give it away :D

YES it does matter. Getting all upperty about how much one person has bought is just plain petty. You should just concentrate on yourself and how much you need. If you leave something because you are worried about being 'greedy' then that is entirely up to you. You have no idea what goes on in other peoples lives. You have no idea why someone might want 6 hatboxes. He could just be a compulsive bather, OR he may be auctioning them at the Great Ormond Street raffle to raise money!
Don't sneer at other people's choices when you know nothing about them!

I reckon if they were charity raisers they would approach Lush directly - that is what I have always done when involved with any fund raising committees.

I don't particularly want a hatbox anyway, already have most of the products in it that aren't bath items and the Lush creams and lotions last for ages so don't need replacing often. I don't know what goes on in other people's lives but I find ebaying tickets and sales goods pathetic to be perfectly honest - several people commented on it in the S&G thread and this is no different, although the Lush items tend to be split when ebayed rather than being sold as a job lot. A quick search show several Lush Luxuries, some winter wonderland and lots of assorted boxes and individual items. Personally I wouldn't buy second hand Lush stuff anyone (yuck!)

As you say, it is a free country so if I choose to look down my nose and think that certain people for being greedy then I will do - I don't need you to tell me what or how to think - but thanks for your comments ;-)

    Yep :-)

I ended up spending £100 on the order last year and got a huge amount of various freebies.

To top it off though my order was meant to come by next day delivery.IT didn't arrive so I called Lush who chased up the incredibly useless DHL and they sent out another one. That one arrived the following day and then 2 days later the first one sent out arrived.Called Lush and was told I could either send it back or keep the second one for a whopping total of....£25:D I obviously kept it

  • The 'greedy ones' seem to be listing on ebay now, aswell as posting on here.
    Whether we win or lose,
that we played at all was a winning decision. :D
    2011 wins £12,292
    2012 wins ...
Thank you to all who post on here!!!! :A
