What's the rolo one?
Are you thinking sweet or savoury? I tend to make savoury quiches with whatever I have to hand, so leftover meats, mushrooms, bacon etc.Piglet

I haven;t made a quiche in ages - now on the meal plan
I like smoked salmon and cream cheese, or cherry tomato and asparagus, but my favourite is caramelised red onion.
I'll add this to the existing quiche thread, where there are lots more recipe ideas.:rudolf: Sheep, pigs, hens and bees on our Teesdale smallholding :rudolf:0 -

I do mini's (tiny one in pudding tins) works fab for the children and ham and cheese goes down a storm.
Bacon, leek and cheese quiche as our favourite just now.0 -
Not read the whole thread, so sorry if already said, but I make mini quiches in muffin tins- that way me and DH can have mushrooms or onions in ours but DS has a nice ham and sweetcorn one instead....no chance of stray bits of 'don't like that' type of veg in his!Ermutigung wirkt immer besser als Verurteilung.

I made a tuna and broccoli quiche this afternoon using a weightwatchers recipe. It's in the oven and looks really good on top, but just refuses to set and looks really watery underneath. I have no idea what has gone wrong - has anybody any suggestions? I've never made pastry before and I'm gutted at the moment! (The recipe said to cook it for 45-50 minutes and it's now been 1.5 hours!!)0
