Thanks for any help.
oh yeah? *wink wink nudge nudge*
I've not used that particular site but I understand they do some nice finger type foods which I will be getting for J.
So funny earlier - I was making OH's lunchbox and gave J a chocolate Penguin to play with (yes I give OH Penguins). He shoved it straight in his mouth and was licking the wrapper!
HOW DID HE KNOW IT WAS FOOD?????
I got a cracking video of him - I was holding it saying 'Do you want a Penguin?' and he was going bug eyed, chomping and pouting and kicking his legs more than David Beckham in a footbal match :rotfl:
He started screaming in the bath for no apparent reason and we had a good 30mins of screaming before he would go to bed.
TIA - u may now say ner ner ner! Since I dropped the DF he has gone 11-12hours so I am hoping it will continue. Have got it down to 8pm tonight so I am going to stick with this I think, don't want to be getting up too early! Will work on putting it back about a month before I start back to work!
Tigs - great news on Andrews weight gain. A lady at our Tiny Stars group had her LO 6 weeks prem and she was told to start weaning at 5months corrected age but she decided to start at 4months.A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

I'm glad you've clarified. My first thought was "Is there something he's not telling us?" but my scarier second though was "Has his eldest logged in by accident?":heartpuls Mrs Marleyboy :heartpuls

evening all,
Happy birthday to your DSS MFD hope had a brilliant day although i'm sure he would have.
yay for andrew's weight gain
hope you get to go to the meet SM ... i too was wondering if you managed to get your hands on a new washing machine
DKA so sorry to hear about the money, although in the scheme of things, best to lose the money and get away from him right?? glad ryry's check went well. how is he doing feeding wise???
can't remember what else i wanted to comment on ...
we had a terrible few hours last night. LO had been down for about 4 hours, woke and wouldn't settle so cried and screamed for 2 hours during the early hours. so much harder when i have to get up for work. i knew i wouldn't get two good nights in a row.
she seems to be coming on better with her food now so fingers crossed that continues.
MFD/Emlou/Redmel/and other yummy mummies who are back at work .... do you feed your LO's when you get in or does your childminder/nursery feed them??? i have been feeding LO when i get in but it does seem late and i rush around trying to get that done am not spendiing as much time with her. just wondering what everyone else was doing. i am not organised enough yet to have a dinner in advance prepared (although i did have half of one done tonight) but need to do so.
that or the slow cooker i need to use more

Evening all
Just a quick one as LO has been down 45 mins and is bound to wake up and OH wants bed (even though we in seperate rooms - I still like to go at the same time and I need the sleep too).
Claire - with regards to sleeping, Charlotte goes to sleep very easily every time, the problem is a) moving her from bed/arms to crib and then b) staying asleep. I have tried everything mentioned on here I think - hot water bottle in crib, blankets rolled up either side, wrapped up before she goes to sleep, sleeping bag/no sleeping bag, heating/no heating, blankets/no blankets - everything I can think of. The waking only started at 11 weeks (I thought it was a growth spurt) buit seems to be getting worse and worse - she still wakes when we co-sleep so I don't think its a seperation thing.
I think I either have to deal with it (but I miss OH in bed) or do the pick up/put down thing - will try and come back in the morning -she just woke up!!!
Night all, hugs xxxMy baby girl :kisses3: September 09 :heartsmil0 -
Totally off topic but OMG you can see Sherrie Hewson's nipple in the first photo here!0

AF, Seth's CM feeds Seth before I pick him up. She has him from 9am-6pm and gives him his breakfast lunch and dinner for me! I was gutted at first cos it meant I wasnt doing anything for him at all on the days I work, but now I see it as a nice break
and as long as he gets fed I dont mind either way!

JAM - have you tried her on her front? J sleeps like a log now.
Also another trick I found that helped him get off on his own was to get a muslin & tuck it around the top of his head so it covered his eyes, it meant he couldn't look around. I moved it once he had gone off cos I obviously didn't want him to wriggle and it fall over his nose & mouth.
Choppy - I hate Loose Women! Yes I can see a nipple thereA very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea
