Kian is starting to hold his bottle now while i'm feeding him, not all the time and certainly doesnt have the strength yet to hold it all himself, so the bottles that have the handles to hold, are these any good? i was thinking of getting one so he could get used to holding it properly??

Got my healthy start vouchers today - almost £37 worth cos had none since end Nov...
Means i have to stop buying odd bottles of milk at the corner shop and buy it with my bulk shop. Wish you could use them on Tesco online orders, unless you can but can't find anything to say you can.

Not to put a downer on the recording situation but that was going to happen with me and the blob downstairs, she was going to get recording equipment to see if Keira's running/playing/having a bloody life was excessive.

And (up here at any rate) they don't leave people with the equipment in their house anymore as it's too easy to fool (standing next to it banging yourself or whatever) they come out and record for 30mins and see the scope....

I bought one of the tommee tippee ones with the handles and Leila didnt get on with it at all. I think its actually easier for her to hold the bottle than to grasp the sticky out handles. Holding the bottle also gives her better control (and stops her hurling it across the room). She tends to only want to hold her drinking cup with handles with one hand too so flings it about until she finds her mouth but if its just a normal cup she seems to get on better with it (but I get soaked)!

I was just going to type the same thing actually, fergie likes holding the bottle, but handles are still a bit hit and miss

i was wondering if it made them easier to throw around.

we have the wide bottles, would you swap to narrow ones to make it easier to hold or would it be the same- easier to hold, easier to throw??

doesn't make much of a difference with us Jillie, we use TT ctn if that's any help, and F first could self-feed at 5 months but I sometimes had to help it back in. No throwing bottles yet, just puts them down beside him when had enough
