Hi Feelie, thanks for asking.

She handed in her notice on Monday and she has been placed on gardening leave or the equivalent, whilst they investigate her allegations.

The Practice Manager has denied any wrong doing.

One of the partners was in on Monday, but is now away until Friday, so he said he would sit down with the other partners on Friday to see a way forward. Our mutual friend who works with her has contacted her to say that if asked, her colleagues will be honest and back Lucy up.

Lucy has said if she does go back, it will be only part time, two days a week, 16 hours and only if she's not there with Practice Manager. If that's not good enough for them, she will quit.

They told her they didn't want her to leave and if she wants part time, it will be better than losing her as she's a good person to have around and a good worker.

Just have to wait now and see.

In the meantime, she is applying for the Pre-School I mentioned. I'm not sure if she wants a career change or just wants the practice manager gone. I'm not 100% sure she knows either.
