sorry i forgot to reply.

my little one suffered with reflux and was prescribed gaviscon which did help (this was when she was probably 5/6 months).

i too just thought she was a sickie baby as she always (and still does) was gaining weight steadily. i was lucky in that my doc listened to me and what i was describing. within a few days of starting gaviscon we went from soaking at least 2 to 3 muslins a day, to just using 1 and it hardly ever being wet.

DH and I have been to see Sherlock Holmes (I love SH!). DH was desperate to see Avatar but we were too late. Shame that! :rotfl:

I'm 5'2 and 13st3 so you are nearly all skinny in comparison to me - I'm a certified heffer

elle ive struggled with my overweightness since i was 10 ... well struggled abit strong was bulled alot so sort comfort in chocolate but im also the kind that just has to look at a cake and gain a stone so they didnt go together well .. 13stone at 13 .. not a pretty picture x

annie, I have a reflux baby too, started at 3 months and has gradually gotten worse. We are now on our 3rd type of anti reflux med and are having it reviewed again next month. He will bring up a good mouthful or two after feeding and then about half his bottle in little bits over the next 3 hours !
Good luck, but dont let the GP tell you its nothing, a lot dont listen, fight your corner and you should at least get Gaviscon or something similar to try
