mm thats why im going going to buy any til i go through all the small print of everyone i like the look of :) ...

ooooooo i was gonna ask you all something but now forgot ..... ermmmm ......... nope its gone .... damn memory of a fish ... ooo remembered it now .. do any of you have say 2 different accounts ei one for bills one for spending money? and if so does it work alright? x
    :)Still searching .....:)
  • I do, always have, well actually I now have 3, but thats just cuz of me wanting to keep my ebay sales separate
We have all money earned, so my wages, CTC, CB, incapacity benefit, etc.. all into one and enough is then transferred from this to the bill account and what is left is ours.
The bill account has everything coming out of it, including our savings and pensions etc.. so there is nothing to come out of our money account other than food and treats.
Although there really isnt much in our money account !!

Must admit I got into the habit of ASKING her what she wanted to eat (because everyone likes choices right?) and you are like:

    Keira, do you want toast?
    No
    Do you want a yoghurt?
    No
    How about some weetabix?
    No

...on and on. I find if I just go and peel an apple, slice it up, some banana, strawberrys etc, and just plop it in front of her she will eat it, but give her a choice and she refuses.

    That sounds like Charlotte!

It's easier if I just tell her what she's getting or offer a choice where she has to pick something like "do you want a yoghurt or a banana?"

The worst thing is like when we're rushing out and I say "are you going to come and put your coat on?" She says "no" and I'm left stood with the coat looking like a numpty :o If I just say "come and put your coat on now" she just does it. I call her contrary Mary, but she gets cross and says "Charlotte doesn't like contrary Mary" :rotfl:

Still trying to get her to pick a nice name for her rag doll, but she's still called Dolly Chicken Eyes at the moment
Here I go again on my own....
  • its up to you SM, I have them in the same place so I can keep an eye on them online in one go, but its personal choice

Eating, DS2 is still pretty stubborn in what he will and won't eat. One of the very few children who will actually starve himself rather than eat what he doesn't like. But, he eats better if he is involved in the cooking. Though, tonight he chose lamb chops, then decided to eat 1 bite of lamb and that was it. Even the bribe of 'if you don't eat your vegetable you don't get your muffin' didn't work, he went to bed, had a sleep, came back down, finished his cold dinner then had his muffin. He hates potatoes, always has, but I still put them on his plate.

Beds, DS1 went into a toddler bed (we were given it) at about 18 months after he discovered how to climb out the cot, which sorta involved climbing to the top then falling. DS2 went at the same age, but he destroyed the cot rather than discover how to climb out of it. I heard him throwing a tantum, went upstairs to a crash, DS2 sitting on the cot mattress which was on the floor with one side of the cot still in his hands, he shook it to death! Expression of shock on his face was priceless though! :rotfl:

    And my good news...

:j:j:jMy kitchen tap is working again!!!! :j:j:j
