Redmel, noticed your hubbys PS3 just died. OH's did the other day, he was gutted. Still waiting for Game to phone me back up with delivery peoples details....

I don't have life insurance....I don't know anyone who has! I'm sure OH would cope fine If I croaked though :D

I'm starving, cold and ALL MY FRIENDS WENT INTO TOWN TONIGHT AND DIDNT ASK ME! Ok I wouldn't of went anyways but it's the god darn principal. I think it's cause they are mostly males and mostly all single, probs want to pull without ya know having a handsome biatch like myself putting women off approaching.....(that's what I'll tell myself :p)

I know BM I saw your posts...I said to dh it must be the weather, cos said your dh's had died too...

Like i say we fixed it our selves last time, it was a freebie with a mobile phone deal and I had lost all the packaging/paperwork so didn't bother trying to get it fixed somewhere else.

Hope you get yours sorted out..dh is playing on our nice new slimline one now, which is soooo much smaller than the old style!

    Hi AF

This is the exact same problem I had with Kai...they are the same age iirc?

Kai now just eats exactly the same food as we have, so pie/chicken/fish, potato, broccolli, peas, gravy...but I don't mash his spuds just leave them boiled and sort of smallish chunks, and chop pie to bite sized chunks that can be picked up by hand, I also only put a teeny bit of gravy on just sort of drizzled over, He also like his yorkies:) I give him a spoon to hold while eating but he can't use it properly yet so just picks all the food up with his hands...and then chucks the plate on the floor when he's had enough:rolleyes: Oh and another 'break through' for me was that we all sat and ate at the same time so Kai could watch us eating too.....But I can not go near him with a spoon as he goes hysterical:confused:

He has full roasts or if me and dh are getting a take-away, then he eats with just the boys and will have things like fish fingers/sausages, oven chips and beans/hoops!!! He gets a really wide variety of food from chippy chips to full on veg and meat meals so I don't ever feel guilty about the occassions I feed them 'easy cook food'

    Hi Mel,

You are right, i think my LO and Kai are within a few weeks of each other.

What you set out is kind of what i am looking out. LO has her fair share of 'not good' food as such, and that's mostly cause she can eat it with her hands, but it's a struggle with meat and some veg. i'm not overly bothered if she isn't into meat at present, but i will keep trying.

i guess the idea is to let her have what we are having but just put it on her highchair/bumbo tray and let her go. she is brilliant with any type of bread product if she is in the mood for food.

i think i just doubt myself as to what to give her. i need to just chill and give her whatever is going and see how we get on
