And I thought my mum stalking me on e-Bay was weird.Susan, our goose must have had all your goose's fat - we bought extra for roasting potatoes and didn't need any of it because there was so much fat it was really quite disturbing.
But it turned out ok really - my mother attempted to sabotage the dinner by turning up the heat and burning the meat and potatoes, so the extra fat kept them relatively soft.Any question, comment or opinion is not intended to be criticism of anyone else.2 Samuel 12:23 Romans 8:28 Psalm 30:5

Quick question- has anyone got a nice 'memory box' to keep sentimental baby things in? I'd like one that's at least A4 type size to put cards, first babygrow etc in but can't find one I like. I don't want to spend a fortune, but wondered if anyone on here had found nice one anywhere? TIA.
.
i got a storage box from Dunhelm. £2.49. nothing fancy but i am going to make it more fancy, its a really good size. and i have all the cards, tags from hospital. his coming home outfit, christmas cards. little mementos. they all fitted in fine and i still have room for his first shoes etc...
Clintons do some nice ones as well but they are card. thought the plastic would be more long lastingIt was one of those e-book things that you download books to Jillie, cant remember what its called!

Oh yeah, I forgot to say Memory box thing: I've got 2 'gift boxes' from the Disney store that people have bought us. They are sort of like an oversized shoe box.Perfect size and theme for all his wee bits and pieces and 'firsts' have also got a baby book and 2 baby albums, just need to get round to filling them up!0

Thanks. We sometimes have to restrain Alice when giving birthday presents to other children so stop her opening them for them.Pleased to hear you had a good Christmas Susan. That's funny about Alice wrapping things up for you.
