I stuck with the Classic when I had the chance, zero contribution level. I'm kinda hoping the government doesn't change the PCSPS (scheme) to stop it being a final salary one!

I think there's a good chance it'd pay out even with deferred benefits and you've a long service history... :)

PS Meh! Harley, Marley, Schmarley! :rotfl:

hugs for SS. I know what you mean. ATM whenever we put fergie's clothes away for being too little I get a pang, but then try to imagine Kester in them....

Thanks for asking after Elena :) She's doing well: not yet sleeping through the night, but if I'm lucky I'll have a 4/5 hour stint then she'll be back on her usual 2 hour feeds - during the day she can do anything between wanting to feed every 2 hours to lasting 6 hours if we're in the car! She really is a good baby though, so can't complain: has recently really found her voice so is chittering away and laughing properly :D

A scottish meet sounds fun - where is it to be? I'm a bit further up north!

See, told you you were missed. Glad you have yourself a good little girl, Kezia is chattering too but only had 2 laughs out of her so far and I wasn't responsible for either of them :(

Aww SS. Don't get too down. Every day she grows, you have something new to look forward to. Anyway, you might have another wee one along next year, and then you will be glad when Molly is out of nappies and going to school!!

Are you doing anything today? I think I will spend today cleaning and tidying and organising. Like Buttons, I would like to paint my bathrooms and do stuff to the house, but better tidying it first and finding a place for things!

Well bookcase is now moved out of spare room. Now only to remove miscellaneous baby things, but that also involves magically finding someplace else to put it all! think will wait til don't have a Finn attached to me to finish sorting...:p

Only read back over a couple of pages, hope everyone is well!

I am worth nothing dead :( unless you count -£19k debt!! But as myself and OH are only children, we are due a few houses and assets when our parents and grandparents die, now theres a morbid thought!

Am debating whether to try and use my car or not. I parked it right at the start of the blizzard on Tuesday night, so theres snow under it which will likely be ice, and the tyres will be iced too, but I'm worried about the battery going flat if I dont use it, if it isnt flat already!

Big news here - Seth slept through last night for the first time ever!!!!! :T 8pm-7am!!!!
Mummy however, did not, as daddy had left the slightly dodgy and ancient halogen heater on in his room to turn off when we went to bed, and had forgotten to turn the monitor on too, so we had to sleep with our door open so we could hear if Seth woke , with the cats pesting in and out all night. Fluffy Scruffy was ok, as he just dug his way under the duvet and stayed there all snug, but [STRIKE]S[/STRIKE]crappy was a PITA, he has the loudest purr in the world and kept jumping over me, grr! Then at about 4am paranoia set in that Seth wasnt OK in there so I couldnt get back to sleep, am shattered! We actually woke him this morning checking on him, so he may have slept longer for all we know!

  • Fitz- I just had to log on to the laptop to see your new avvy 'cos it's too small to make out on the iPod. Holly is gorgeous! Your weight loss numbers are very similar to mine! I'm a bridesmaid at a wedding in June so need to have made good in-roads by then!

SS- big hugs for you. It is so scary how quickly they grow. I look at the pics of Henry when he was born and can't believe how big he is now and he's only 7 weeks!

Aless- glad you like your sling. OH won't let me use mine while it's so icy as I am a little accident prone....

Quick question- has anyone got a nice 'memory box' to keep sentimental baby things in? I'd like one that's at least A4 type size to put cards, first babygrow etc in but can't find one I like. I don't want to spend a fortune, but wondered if anyone on here had found nice one anywhere? TIA.

Posty made it through to us today so I have my Body Shop order- yippee! Such good bargains, I am very happy :D.

Ha ha, Molly obviously wants you to scrap the to do list for the day and just play with her instead.

SB - Poor Poppy. I hope her cough gets better soon. Are you still going to the party?

I should also put weight loss in my sig to keep accountable...not that I've even started thinking about it  (just weighed myself this morning - 3 stone would be lovely; I also have a wedding in the summer to be in!)
