Aless i had soooooooo many stretchmarks with DS, they're all silvery now but i even have them on the backs of my knees. No new ones at all with Amber though so i think mother nature decided i've already had my share :rotfl:
Scruffy thank you for that link i didn't even think to look in Asda :T:T I always forget they have a maternity range cos my local one doesn't stock any of it, so will have to get delivery or drive to next town (not doing that in this weather!).
Also thanks SO much for that number i will ring in the morning
I hunted the web for it but had no luck!
SM yeah i'm in the north east, not far from Middlesbrough. My evil ex lives near chesterfield, i already planned to go visit him with weapons then hide at your house

Aless i meant to ask, (since Finn and Amber are only 4 days apart i'll probably have lots of questions for you over the next few months:D) are you finding him slipping into any patterns/routines yet? I'm noticing she is having mroe and more awake/alert time each day and it just so happens that her longest awake stints are mostly at 2am and 7am :eek:0

I was the same! We thought Seth would be early as OH and I were both born before 36 weeks, and the day I hit 37 weeks they appeared! I now look like a road mapI went the whole 40 weeks without a single stretchmark. 40+1 and my belly button looked like the Eye of Sauron. There is no justice.
no redness now, just wibbly faded lumpyness! Then theres the apron... what a catch!!!!
Thank you xx I did speak to her again this afternoon and she said she had just seen a car go up the kerb and narrowly miss her garden wall, so she does understand now. She's eeked out the meds so that she can keep taking them til Saturday morning, just in a smaller dose, as thats probably better than not taking any at all. I have to work tomorrow (fingers crossed the pavements are better and I can get out!) so I can pick up the meds tomorrow, and will hopefully go round Saturday morning.
and hi Em, hope your nan is happier with you soon and understands

"no i'm not paying for a train ticket to get on Ambers birth cert or actually see her"
Just to add to this, he didn't actually say her name. Why, i hear you ask.
He doesn't know it!! I kept asking why he hadn't asked her name.
"Because we should have chose it together"
AND
"If she has a name that will make it seem more real"
Loool. Well she is real, she moves, breathes and everything. Muppet :rolleyes::rolleyes:0 -
Thank you SS and Fitz, I picked up some white long sleeved vests in Tesco today so I obviously just wasn't looking hard enough before.
My fairies have a £2 off Huggies Newborn size 2 voucher if anyone would like it. My chunk has grown out of size 2 so it's no use to me.
I also still have a set of brand new, in the packet Boots nipple shields if anyone would like those.:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator

Beenie, I emailed them on "helpdesk@tiu.org.uk" and told them my NI number and change of circumstances, and they upgraded me to the double coupons on receipt of that. But they can only send the double coupons for one month on a "temporary" basis, during which time you have to apply for CTC and that triggers the permanent switch.Quick question if anyone gets Healthy Start vouchers? Need to ring them to say baby is born but i can't find a number for them anywhere?! Need to do this asap cos they don't backdate, because obviously everyone feels like ringing up the minute baby pops out :heartpuls Mrs Marleyboy :heartpuls
