Could you not make it in a clean jug and pour it in the bottle?

I've not gone out.. Was going to, but I sat Caitlyn in the bumbo for a piece and she just kind of curled over and fell asleep so I thought I'd just pop her into bed instead... Hubby thinks I shouldn't be braving the weather more than the school run but I think it's worse over Dudley way where he works... The schools are closing over there...

Schools are starting to close here (according to friends on Facebook - can't believe some girls I went to school with already have school age children, but anyway..). There's about three inches on the ground. It's falling faster but in smaller flakes now

Rhys finally gone to sleep in his swing. We've hit the "pick everything up and drop it on the floor" stage.. :cool: I need a rest!

Krystal, I add powder to bottles of room temp water, so it would mean faffing about more. Might just try her on avent bottles now.

have just finished catching up and now have to go get Jas from school, but tia, the avent ones are no better !! You can just about and no more get the 8oz in, but there is no way 9oz would go in that bottle !!

I am making up 8oz TT bottles but it's a bit tight. Definitely can't do 9oz!

got to love that stage elle. LO is still doing it now. although apparently yesterday, she realised that if she dropped food, the dog would come and eat it much to her amusement.

as for TT bottles, i have the same problem. i too have now started using TT bottles which are slimmer, so LO can hold them and gee, trying to get the scoops of powder in them, it all ends up on the bench. although, could do what is already suggested and make it up in a clean jug and poor it in.

hmm... lots of friends are being suggested to me on Facebook from here, must go and read up on the list and see whos who and do some adding if people don't mind

MM, random question, when does Jas start staying longer at school? Do they finish later as they get into higher years, or is it so early all through this school?

hi ya,

i tried my LO on avent bottles a while back and couldn't get her to take them. might try again now as she wouldn't take any other teat, but has started to now.
