Hi MOTM, don't know where everyone's gone but I'm going soon.

I must be going soon too. Lucy went to bed early and is sleeping next to me as she has work in the morning. Kids go back Tuesday, so one final lay in for me, on the insistence of the lovely lady.

Can't wait until she gets home at 5.30 tomorrow :o

We watched BB to see who went in too... We won't be watching the show...

I've got 6 more pages to read then I'm off... Back to school in the morning and I have to walk Aimee and her friend in <sob>

Yep, looks pretty naff. Looks like Lucy and I will have to find something else to do with our evenings

Been up all night with Keira screaming. She has obv got an ear infection, first one she has had. Her ear is sore, she's grabbing at it etc. I noticed she had a fever earlier on in the day and had a cough/cold, so thats maybe whats caused it?

Dunno what I should do? been giving her infant paracetamol, think thats all I can do? as docs dont give antibiotics unless its been 2-3 days apparently?

Plus dont want her having antibiotics unless totally neccassary but then if it helps the pain? ARGH! Bloody knackered, shes fell asleep for now, I put some cotton wool in her lug, not sure if that even helps!

3, I didn't get on with the manual pump, but I got my Medela Mini second hand - sterilised it about eleven times and it's great. Only €25, too :)

Back to work this morning, I'm just procrastinating here and not putting my clothes on. I'll do it now :(

Molly's sleeping, she's going to wake up and I won't be here :(

BB - I only recognised Vinnie Jones, who are the other 'celebrities'?

SS - for going back to work. I hope its not too bad and your day goes exceptionally fast.

Buttons - maybe see how she is when she wakes up, and if she's still in pain ring the docs.

DS is back to school today, but they've text to say his bus is running late. He's normally gone at 8, but is still here waiting.

DD1 not back til tomorrow. I suppose me & my girls could do some shopping/lunch out. (If DD1 ever gets out of bed!)

    morning :hello:
not caught up yet, but was wondering...

Mel, I think you have a tommee tippee monitor with sensor mat that you don't use with Kai?

I'm thinking of bidding for one on ebay, but it occured to me that I'd rather you had the money than a stranger! So pm me if you're at all interested, they've been going for £30 inc p&p, not sure if you were hoping for more than that :)

Hope everyone's well, I shall just go and catch up now :D

Ladies you are bad influences,,,, why am i looking at high chairs when the LO has not been born yet:rotfl::rotfl:

Have a question for ladies that are or have breast fed, do you's have any recommendations for a manual pump, i want to try BF but last time i failed miserably so this time i would like to at least have a back up plan so that if i can't booby feed i can at least express it, problem is i can't afford the price of the electric ones so it would have to be manual.

Any one got recommendations OR warnings to avoid.

    Thanks in Advance

Medela harmony nursed me through mastitis twice. Avent hand pumps are good too.

If you do decide to get an electric, go for the mini electric. All the other cheaper ones are crap. And the cheap snow bear is more like an evil S&M device!

    My little DS2 has D&V :(
