I'm sure it wasn't directed at you Feelie.
It's nice to see both sides of a discussion so long as we can all agree to disagree sometimes.
But I do know where Bear is coming from, a lot of the advice now contradicts advice I was given but sometimes, it can be presented in such a way as to seem patronising (not by you, just in general, I'm talking about leaflets from the HV etc).
And my phone battery is dying but I don't know where the charger is and it's getting on my wick...:mad:0 -

I'm just over sensitive, sorryHaving a tough day today.
Positive news, GP says that from referral to operation would be less than 4 months, so I should ask for referral to hospital when I've stopped breastfeeding. She thinks I'm likely to be approved for Gastric Banding on the NHS
Still no news from CPN and HV hasn't been in touch and I don't really feel comfortable asking her to come and weigh LO. LO hasn't been weighed for 7 weeks, and according to my scales he hasn't gained anything. Thats about 1oz in 2 months. When do I worryStay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0
