    fattyboo - I know breastmilk keeps ~4 hrs at room temp, so I would think once it's warm you need to use it? depends on how good your cool bag is, as I think I also remember that it keeps for 24hrs in a bag like that...no expert though, so maybe see what one of the others that comes along says :)

    ok deffo bedtime...Finn keeps waking up but is re-settling really easy (which is odd...usually once he's up, he's up!) so could be a weird night...
