He was just up at my door with a bit of paper for me to write down my insurance details. I told him no way, and I said It's up to the council, It's not my boiler, and he's like WELL I HAVE TO CLAIM OFF MY INSURANCE, I NEED A DECORATER TO COME IN.
GOOOOOOOOOOD ONE He needs a bit of paint and a bit of wallpaper and he ripped it off himself.

hi em - how was work?
We were discussing ways to get her knocked up so she'd have to leave, which included replacing pills with sweeteners and jabbing holes in condom packets, and wondering if it would be possible to drug her with fertility pills so she ends up pregnant with octuplets and therefore cant afford to work any more :rotfl:
Buttons, just tell him to get in touch with the council on monday and see if they will repair the damage to his flat! Then he wont have to claim on his insurance!Mummy to

Buttons, I think hes being a bit of a to$$er, but everyone else is right. He can make a claim off his own insurance and they will claim the money they deem reasonable from the council. As a tennant you only have to have contents insurance as all buildings, including the boiler, are covered by either landlord or council.
If he asks for your details again, tell him you want to take a photograph of the damage so that you can cover yourself in any event, see what he thinks then !!
You will have no excess to pay as its not your coverThe two best things I have done with my life
