may i ask who it is your calling, is it jobcenter plus or income support?

I do find this very confusing I was paid one payment on the 31st december and my postcode comes under the Woodford weather centre so as far as I was concerned Im awaiting payment of the other 2 triggers yet.
Am now reading on here that even though the DWP website says there have been 3 triggers for my postcode in total this is now not necessarily the case also a friend who asked at local JC today, because she had her last payment on the 31st was told there were no more triggers.
Why o why does DWP have to make everything so complicated ????
Im sure it cant be that difficult either there were 3 triggers or there wasnt its not rocket science
I havent contacted anyone about my 2 outstanding payments as I know I will just get fobbed off so thought I would ask on here if anyone is under Woodford and definatley knows that we are due 3 in total please can you let me know
    Thanks in advance

I Live in Macclesield and come under Woodford and been told that 2 more payments are being paid 1 this Friday and 1 next Friday so that will be 3 in Total that i have had.

That was Income support at Chester i called.

All but three weather stations have now recieved CWP triggers, I wouldn't personally bother calling Income Support to ask, the Direct.Gov website postcode checker *is* correct. Payments can take 2 weeks to reach accounts from their trigger date, it's just a case of waiting they have thousands to process. Mine has had three triggers & i've recieved one, but i'm confident the other two will credit within the two weeks.
  • No payment today....but maybe tommorrow?

    Fingers crossed!
    Oh what's the bloody point...?
