Payments can take 2 weeks to reach accounts from their trigger date, it's just a case of waiting they have thousands to process. Mine has had three triggers & i've recieved one, but i'm confident the other two will credit within the two weeks.0

Have you tried the postcode checker? http://pensions.direct.gov.uk/en/cold-weather-payment/home.asp try your postcode and your nans.November £10 a day challenge. Im starting early- 66p so far!0 -
this is happening a lot it seems, what it comes down to is who you get to speak to on the day, i.e someone who knows what they are talking about basically, ive been lucky so far and had advisors who knew what was going on. i assume you do get the qualifying benefits?0

ive done the postcode checker i am meant to get two, and i am on income support and have two children under 5 they said on the phone yesterday that i am entitled and will get one if it is triggered but they told me thetre was no triggers but the pension told my nan there were two triggers and both our postcodes are ex70pp try it yourself to make sure i aint going blind with insanity lol0

checked it, its correct yes, so you rang income support they said no, your nan rang the pension service and she gets them, most odd indeed.0

just a though, have you tried rining your local jobcenter plus office some people have got the info from them i believe.0

i think they've got thier wires crossed somewhere because correct me if im wrong, but i thought pension is the same as income support just for the over 60's. well, we will wait and see when my grandmother recieves her payment and i none then we shall both go to the job centre and gets sum answers. my nan taught me one thing and she does it well, pesture, bug and be the biggest pains in the asses and they eventually do
what you want.0 -
