Oh please don't lock me out of this thread yet......haven't got this year over yet and at the moment its c**p !!
No joy with t.v. airiel folk.........every time I rang their phone went onto fax
So rang hospital about follow up appt for OH which should have been arranged before he left hospital.
I lost track of how many extensions/dept/people I spoke to.............all seemed to know nothing......was as if he was never there
So, rang complaints dept. and reeled it all off from start to finish (including todays phone fiasco)...they said to put it in writing...........oh yes.......that'll be therapy for me I think !
Then OH mentions his leg (the one he fell on) is swollen from foot to thigh:eek: and skin feels very tight:eek: So, I rang surgery, doctor spoke to him and asked he go down in the morning at 11am just to check it out.............needless to say it all threw me into a panic !!
Plus side.............cleaner came and she was lovely.....bright, cheerful and did a good job:T

Right............rant over.........see you on new thread:)
I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !
