Junior - I bought all mine in the January sales so I'm not sure where's best. Do you have a Card Warehouse? They are usually quite cheap and good quality.

You need padlocks on the fridge Mary, or your lad will eat you out of house and home.

    Evening all

Have just about finished my first shirt, just got to sew the button holes and the buttons but havent got them yet. Nothing else Christmassy going on. Did see someone's tree up and lights flashing last night on way home from eldest daughter's party.

Have £6 of vouchers towards some aftershave for OH but won't be getting it this week, will probs get some next month as should have some payments coming through if I am lucky from a couple of daily click sites.

Claimed my £20 Amazon voucher from Dooyoo so hopefully that will be through too and can get rest of OH's dvds.

Eldest daughter loved the hand bag I made her out of recycled magazines, don't know if any of you remember me making it beginning of the year, the bag bit was made from the black and white pages with writing on and the handle and edging was made from brown paper. I was a bit nervous as I thought she might think it was a bit naff but she absolutely loved it, was showing everyone lol. She also liked the watch and bracelet set that I won on the tombola so pleased with that. Was nice to see them again and have a look through their holiday photos before the other guests arrived for the party. Youngest daughter had a moan when it was time to come home as she wanted to stay on with her friend and sleep over but I put my foot down, I didn't think it was right her staying as she is only 15 and I know eldest daughter would look out for her and she knew everyone there but they had all been drinking and I just don't like her hanging about with them when they are like that. We came away at 11pm so I didn't think it was that early lol, I was falling asleep on the settee, or would have been if the music hadn't been so loud lol.

Anyway, off to bed soon, having early night, Rufus xx

    Good evening ladies

The next stage of secret santa has been done, so your all have your partners details in your inbox,

If you can choose 3 sets of items from Argos, (use website, catalogue, xmas books), and maximum spend is £10

eg - you choose a necklace at £5.00, and the matching earrings are £5.00, then get the 2 catalogue numbers and that will class as one choice.

Little tip - if your stuck
Argos have a help section - you can click money amounts, female, type of present - may give you an idea.

If you could return the cat no's to me by 1st Dec, I can then pass them to your partner

When you get your numbers back, pass them to a friend, along with the £10 and they get the final choice, and if there nice - get them to wrap it for you!!

    xx

    Flavoured Coffees-

    COFFEE MOCHA

Fill tub/jar with Equal parts of instant Coffee and Unsweetend Cocoa Powder (I used Drinking Chocolate) also added coffee whitener - same amount as choc and coffee

    CAFE VIENNA

Fill Jar/ Tub with Coffee and add a pinch of Cinnamon

    SWISS MOCHA

The same as Coffee Mocha, but maybe use a differnt coffee or Cocoa so the flavor is different - again add whitener to the mix

    CAFE VIENNA MIX

    4 spoons Coffee
    1 spoon Cocoa

    1 spoon whitener
    Pinch of Cinamon

Keep doing this until Jar/ tub is full

    CAFE Au Lait

Equal Parts Coffee & non dairy creamer so half and half.

What we did was measure into a bowl, get a good mix and then put in the jars - allowed a shake as well

Found this recipie in our local paper -
