Afternoon all!
cookiecrumbs - well done on your sponsored walk! :T
SugarSpun - freenameastar has closed by the looks of it!
mum2one - some of your links have been censored!!! lol
In the process of trying to organise family members where it comes to the 90 present project! lol Any thoughts on how I can present a few things that would just be a print out? I ahve some historical information about the exact day my nan was born, and another list of info about her birthdate throughout history. I don't want to just print them (can make it look pretty and use coloured or distrssed paper with no problems) and laminate them. I am thinking about a scroll idea for one, but would like something different for the other? Any thoughts?

Hi all
Everyone is going great guns! Can't get my head around people making mince pies already, that what you call organised!
legendmum - sorry to hear about your cooker, glad it's not affected kitchen too much thou. My ds used to pour washing up liquid down drain, I eventually started giving him empty bottles and bowlful of bubbly water, he loves it, filling and squeezing bottles it makes even more bubbles too.
Well I spent all day sorting out two huge cupboards yesterday, got loads of stuff to put on ebay and on that note mum2one i have my £10 for secretsanta selling stuff on ebay. I also started my first sock monkey yesterday, after reading everyone on here is making them and they are very cute. My ds saw picture of them on computer and he was in ore!
On a non christmassy note I have had my first viewing today for my house and they've booked second viewing for sat, sounds optimistic. I may be able to move into new house before christmas, fingers crossed. (not that i've found one yet, lol)GC Jan £200/£200.78 Feb £250/£156.07

Hiya everyone - sounds like you're all having fun!
I think I might have another go at Vistaprint too. I want a photo calendar for my mum - especially as my Dad didn't appreciate it! He still doesn't know whan anyones birthday is and it's printed on the calendar date! Grrr. I don't even think it's been hung on the wall!!!!!
Right, I've forgotten who had the bargain of the century but I wish it was me! Well done! A Dior dress 90% off - fantastic. Woohoo.
Mum2one - Thanks for the links, I used to subscribe but like you say, you couldn't go through TCB then so I gave up!
Anglea - I hope the beads work out OK for you.
Mary - did you find your sentiment again?
I need to sort out what I need for my Christmas cake - I have the fruit and flour and spices etc, there's probably something I've forgotten. I need a cake tin too - Do you know how long i've been looking for a cake tin? Weeks! Everyone must have snapped them up early. I can find shallow victoria sponge ones but not a deep loose bottomed one. They have them at Lakeland but there prices are over the top. I only need a cheap one as it wouldn't be used much. Ahhh there's a thought - I might do the skills swap thing from off the other thread and see if my friend could lend me hers. She bakes a lot of cakes, I'm sure she won't mind! Sorted!I :heartpuls M.S.E.Mortgage Free 18/01/10 13 years and 8 months early on a 20 year mortgage!

Hello all :j
You are all sounding christmassy...............lol:rotfl:Not me I'm afraid..........well not yet anyway but I will (she says hopefully)
elysia - I've got a couple of phrases but everytime I try and paste anything on here internet goes off ! Doesn't happen on any other site so don't know whats going on.
I was in two minds whether to put a lot of little 'quotes' stuck randomly on the first page but then thought that might look a bit too messy.........I'll have another look at the quote garden I think.
Soc.services meeting this morning that went on and on so as result........nothing got done !! Must check out stuff for my friends birthday at the end of this month........... Hope I've got all her bits and pieces............looking at stash room its full to bursting but that means nothing when its all put in folks boxes:eek: That'll be tomorrows job I think.I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !

Clare, re the 90 present.
One of those old fashioned photo albums with the black pages (that needs adhesive corners). Then use some printed information on some of the pages, photos - real or printed off for the other pages and perhaps family anecdotes, recipes etc on the other pages.
Have you looked at the London Illustrated website? Lots of photos to print off.
