I ordered some Anthony Worrel Thompson saucepans off the Grebbit the other day. Couldn't believe the price - £1 plus £8.99 p+p. I expected them not to turn up :( but they arrived half an hour ago. :)

I bought them for OH's Nephew's wedding in August. If he opens them he'll think we won the lottery. RRP £200. They're so nice, I may have to keep them for the new kitchen. :D

DD wanted a fur real toy. The she had £12 to put to it, and I told her I'd put the rest, expecting it to be about £20. Now she knows this she wants the one off Amazon £99. No chance! Have managed to order a different one for £50 instead.:eek::eek: How did she manage that? I't never used to work when I was a kid!!! :rotfl:

Mary - pink fir apple potatoes are lovely. Harvest them small and eat them with the skin on. Yum.

Things vanish in our house too.

I hope your back feels better soon. Take it easy and leave the packing until the weekend, hopefully your back will be much better by then or even better get OH to do it! Oh God no, I just visualised one pair of undies to last the week. Do it when you feel better! ;)

Had to laugh at that mum2one, they are not silly are they.

Went to Asda this morning and they had a lot of nice jewellery reduced to half price. I bought two necklaces, were going to be for presents for my eldest daughter but I might just keep them for my self lol. Will have a look in my wardrobe and see what I have to go with them, may be I can just give one of them to her and keep the other.

You do that Rufus. Remember the challenge! Treat yourself upto the value of £20.

Thanks for the tip Rufus - I'm off to Asda in a mo and I need a new necklace to go with my new outfit for Christening. What colour should I go for? I have black waterfall cardi, black trousers, and I thought it was a coral top in the shop in Marks, nice and fresh and spring coloured I thought. I got it home and in natural daylight it was orange! LOL

Sorry Lizz, It was on the grabbit board. There was 150 of them for sale. I was in the right place at the right time for once. When I went on there was 45 left and buy the time I paid they had all gone.

It was off the Bid.tv website so keep an eye out, they may do them that cheap again! Beware though, this was a buy it now, and some on there are auctions.

Rufus, our Adsa is only little and doesn't carry a lot of stock. There was nothing left that I liked. I may have to pop to the big warehouse one when I get the chance.

Have been busy decorating the bathroom today. It's only tiny and tiled floor to ceiling but it still took most of the day. It looks lovely now. Fresh paintwork, new roller blind, shower curtains, bathmat. Everything! - we even got new toothbrushes. LOL Exhausted now. I did the decorating while OH did the ironing. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
