I bought one of these and think it's great! What's better, I sold my 1gb i pod shuffle on ebay for £105 - only paid £69 in the first place!!! Thank heavens for muppets...

I managed to sell my zen touch on ebay for £100 and upgraded for a tenner, im happy with this but one slight moan...

I wish it had the random play all button on the front like the touch, that was the only one I ever used when in my pocket...alas I'm still more than happy

I went for the dimension4 (hongkong) case in the end, as the UK seller mentioned didn't have a white case.

Yep agree the black or brown one didn't cut it for me either. It also doesn't include a belt clip from the UK guys and only mentions 1 lanyard.

I cant get mine to work.
I installed the CD software, I never got a message to connect my player, only for me to restart, so after restart i connected the player. But it still comes up with a box wanting Drivers etc, and therefore doesnt install correctly. I then go to access the player thru My Computer but says that it is not connected :-(

When you connect your zen does the arrow appear in the right hand corner to signify a usb device has been connected?
Are you using the back usb ports, they give more power as they are directly connected to the motherboard. The front usb ports give less power as they are connected via a cable to the mother board.
You do not need the software to get the player to work.
